About the event
Here's the tentative schedule:
Leave Shreveport at 6:30 am and drive up to Harris Creek Trail (https://www.arkansasstateparks.com/trails/harris-creek-trail) Should be at the trailhead ready to hike at 9:30 am. 3.5 mile hike will take approximately 2 hours. Drive to Mena and go to Blue Zip Line Farm (https://blueziplinefarm.com/ ) Have lunch and do zip line course that takes 1.5 to 2 hours.
Drive to house we’re spending the night at in Mena, about 15 minutes from Zip Line Farm.
Get up Sunday morning and drive the Talimena Scenic Highway. Have a picnic lunch along the way and then head back to Shreveport around 2:00 pm.
